Important update:

We have an important update to share regarding BFF Climb @ Bukit Timah.


Our beloved BFF Climb @ Bukit Timah will be closing its doors due to an unforeseen need for the mall's refurbishment. BFF Climb would have to vacate the current unit to make way for a new escalator at our current unit to reach the 3rd level. Our outlets at Bendemeer and Tampines are not affected and remain open.


While we feel the closure, we are also very excited about the new possibilities this will bring about. We are actively searching for an alternative location within the vicinity, aiming for a larger space with enhanced facilities to serve you even better.


Our last day of operation at the current location is November 19, 2023. We are grateful for your support and understanding during this transition period.

When will BFF Climb @ Bukit Timah close?

Our last day of operation at the Bukit Timah location is 19th November 2023.

What will happen to my Tier B passes during the closure?

We've got you covered! All Tier B passes purchased on or before 1st October 2023, will enjoy complimentary upgrade to Tier A passes at no additional cost. You can use your upgraded Tier B passes at both our Bendemeer and Tampines outlets, and the validity remains the same.

I am Bukit Timah Season Pass holder. What will happen to my Season Pass?

Monthly subscription fee for November will be waived off. Season Pass holders can continue climbing at Bukit Timah outlet till 19th November 2023. 


After which, your account will be placed on a long-term freeze at no cost until our next West outlet resumes operations. When that time comes, you’ll have the option to resume your season pass with no initiation fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to having you back when our West outlet resumes operating again.

I prepaid the 1 year Bukit Timah season pass in February this year. What will happen to the remaining package?

We will be refunding the balance of 4 months for your Season Pass (Nov-Feb). You may climb for free at Bukit Timah outlet in November.


To ensure a smooth and efficient refund process, we have sent an email to your registered address with all the necessary details. Kindly reply to the email with the requested information to expedite your refund.

I am a Multigym Season Pass holder. I climb at Bukit Timah outlet too. 

In lieu of the Bukit Timah closure, for the month of November, we will be offering a reduced subscription fee of $108 for all existing Multigym Season Pass holder. Starting from December onwards, the subscription fee will return to its regular rate of $140.40/month.


If you wish to make changes to your season pass plan after November, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@bffclimb.com.


To ensure a smooth transition, kindly reach out to us at least 7 days before the end of the month to request any desired changes to your Season Pass plan. We value your flexibility and are here to assist with any adjustments you may need during this temporary closure.

Will the closure affect the Bendemeer and Tampines outlets?

No, the Bendemeer and Tampines outlets are not affected by the closure and will remain open for your climbing enjoyment.

When will BFF Climb @ Bukit Timah reopen?

We are actively searching for a new location in the area and will keep you updated on our progress. We are committed to resuming service as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund for my Bukit Timah passes?

We understand that upgrading from Tier B to Tier A passes may not work for all climbers. If you wish to request a refund for the remaining passes on your multipass, we are happy to assist you with that.
