Your Role as a BFF Buddy

You’ll be:
- Welcoming members and handling smooth check-ins
- Ensuring safety through regular rounds
- Guiding walk-ins and answering questions
- Delivering friendly, helpful customer service (smiles included)
- Supporting the team with flexibility and initiative
- Communicate clearly with both children and parents
- Create a fun and positive atmosphere for little climbers

What We’re Looking For:

- 18 years & above
- Able to commit at least 2 shifts per week (6 hrs each) for a minimum of 6 months
- Weekend / public holiday availability (bonus but not a must)
- Strong communicator & multitasker who can follow SOPs
- Independent, confident, and comfortable in a front-line role
- Comfortable in a family-oriented, kid-friendly environment (you’ll meet lots of young climbers!)
- Patient, positive, and a good team player

** Special note for OTH Buddies: Must hold SNCS Level 1 (minimum)**
