The most convenient way is to buy directly using the app. Otherwise, you may buy over the counter as well.

Youth passes are required to be bought over the counter for age verification.

You may either make a booking or sign in at the counter by providing your particulars to the staff.

You may cancel your booking via the app. However, you would not be able to cancel your booking on the same day. Pls call the counter for cancellation on the same day. 

Yes, the counter staff will take your photo when you come to the gym. 

Your existing passes will be migrated over. If there are any error, kindly inform us and we will look into it.
