Faq
After the 12 months, you will be automatically converted to a monthly season pass at the prevailing rate. The good news is that you would not need to pay any initiation fee as long as you do not cancel.
Absolutely. You can enjoy the next 12 months from 1st March 2023 for the price of 11.
You may freeze your season pass with a freezing fee of $10/month. Freezing is only applicable for a full month. It is not possible to freeze for part of the month. Please contact us via email for freeze requests. Your season pass will resume after the freezing period ends
If you unfortunately suffer a serious injury such as fracture or dislocation and needs to stop climbing temporarily, you may contact us via email and have your season pass frozen while you nurse your health. You will be granted Free Freeze and no fees will be charged. The Free Freeze period will follow the period indicated as unfit for physical activities on your Medical Certificate.
No. The Season Pass is tied to an individual and is non-transferrable. You may choose to freeze your pass at $10/month

The Season Pass will start from 1st March 2023. After 1 year it will be automatically converted to monthly season pass with monthly payments.
