We’re thrilled to have you as a BFF Climb Season Pass member. Enjoy a range of benefits designed to make your climbing experience more convenient and rewarding.

1. Unlimited Access

Enjoy unlimited access to BFF Climb throughout the month, depending on the type of Season Pass you hold.

2. Priority Check-In

Skip the queue and enjoy a faster check-in experience as a Season Pass holder.

Simply log in to the BFF Climb App, tap MORE at the bottom-right corner, and scan your barcode at the front counter.

Please ensure that a staff member acknowledges your check-in before entering the climbing area.

3. Event Discounts

Enjoy exclusive discounts on selected in-house events organised by BFF Climb from time to time.

4. Automatic Monthly Billing

Your monthly Season Pass fee will be automatically charged to the card linked to your BFF Climb App account for a seamless payment experience.

Automatic billing takes place on the 1st of each month.

How to Sign Up for a Season Pass

  1. Download the BFF Climb app from your app store and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
  2. Add your card details to the BFF Climb app so that we can process your membership fees.
  3. Visit your preferred BFF Climb outlet to purchase your Season Pass over the counter.


Freezing of season pass

Got an injury? Assigned on a 3-month overseas work? You can temporarily freeze your season pass for a lower monthly fee. 

If you wish to freeze your season pass for the month, please fill in the online request form below. Please note that freezing fee is $10.90/per month (inclusive of GST). Freezing requests have to be sent in 5 days before the 1st of each month. 


Cancellation of Season Pass

If you wish to cancel your BFF Climb Season pass, please fill in the online request form below. Do note that after cancellation, if you rejoin as a season pass in future, the initiation fee will apply again.


Changing of season pass type

If you wish to change your season pass type, please fill in the form below.
