Competition Overview
Bendy Blitz is a youth speed climbing competition held at BFF Climb @ Bendemeer, created to give young climbers a fun and approachable way to experience speed climbing.
The Bendemeer speed route is shorter and easier to get started on compared to the longer speed route at Our Tampines Hub. This makes it a great entry point for climbers who are new to speed, while still being meaningful for climbers who already train speed and want more race practice.
Speed climbing is not just about strength. A good speed run comes from quick starts, smooth footwork, rhythm, commitment, body position, reaction time and confidence under pressure. These are skills that climbers can build on the Bendemeer route and carry over when they progress to longer and more challenging speed routes.
Whether your child is trying speed climbing for the first time, preparing for future competitions, or looking to sharpen their race confidence, Bendy Blitz is a great chance to race the clock in a fun and exciting competition setting.
